A Better Life for Foster Kids
A Better Life for Foster Kids, founded in 2014 by Heather Baird in Gippsland, supports kids in foster and kinship care by boosting their dignity and self-worth.
The organization provides “Crisis Cases” packed with essentials on the first day of care and offers guidance to carers navigating the foster system. Working with social workers, nurses, and agencies, it’s all about making a real difference for kids and carers in Gippsland.
