AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Please be aware that there will likely be some slight delays with the usual processing and delivery timeframes due to the overwhelming pressure currently on Australia Post. 
You may notice your parcel is being processed and delivered from different locations. As Australia Posts business adapts to the current challenges, they are optimising their network to deliver parcels as quickly as possible. This means that your parcel may be sorted and processed at a location that's different from what you're normally used to.

We're currently sending internationally to the countries which are available for us to do so; Please be aware that there may be some slight delays with our processing, and delivery timeframes. If you would like delivery instructions to be attached to your order eg. Take parcel to post office, do not leave items unattended please let us know in your order notes.

Because we love you so much, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $99* with the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for $5.95.

*For orders under $99, you can choose from either Standard Shipping for $9.95 or Express Shipping for $14.95.

*Additional shipping costs may apply to bulky/heavy orders, in which case we will contact you prior to shipping.

All orders are processed and posted within 1-2 business days with Australia Post to ensure they arrive to our beautiful customers as soon as humanly possible. If you require urgent postage please let us know in the order notes.

Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which can be tracked here: http://auspost.com.au/track

Delivery times will vary according to location and the delivery schedule of Australia Post. In most cases, please allow 1-2 business days for express delivery
