If you require insurance or signature on delivery for your order, please contact us via phone or email for a postage estimate.
If you would like delivery instructions to be attached to your order eg. Take parcel to post office, do not leave items unattended please let us know in your order notes.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Because we love you so much, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $200* with the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for $5.95.

*For orders under $200, you can choose from either Standard Shipping for $9.95 or Express Shipping for $14.95.

*Additional shipping costs may apply to bulky/heavy orders, in which case we will contact you prior to shipping.

All orders are processed and posted within 1-2 business days with Australia Post to ensure they arrive to our beautiful customers as soon as humanly possible. If you require urgent postage please let us know in the order notes.

Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which can be tracked here.

Delivery times will vary according to location and the delivery schedule of Australia Post. In most cases, please allow 1-2 business days for express delivery

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

Because we love our NZ customers so much, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $300*

A flat rate of AUD$19.95 applies to all orders under $300 sent to New Zealand.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We love getting to spread the DB love overseas!

A flat rate of AUD $39.95* applies to all international orders under $300. For orders over $300, we'll throw in the shipping for free*!
