Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds, but you are very welcome to an exchange or store credit providing your item was full priced and is returned to us within 7 business days of it’s delivery to you. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Please note: There is no refund, exchange or store credit available for sale items, intimate apparel & swimwear or earrings.
Dear Blackbird Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return should it not be in it’s original condition (as mentioned above). Items that smell heavily of deodorant/perfume, have make up or tan marks on them will not be accepted, so please be careful when trying garments on.
