The brand Vision for That’s My Scrunchie is to create eco-friendly, sustainable & ethically handmade hair accessories. Tess's mission is to create unique scrunchies and hair accessories that empower girls and women to feel beautiful and confident about who they truly are. Tess wanted to create a Scrunchie that would help make possible the ability to uplift your own unique look simply & effortlessly, by designing high quality hair accessories that are fashionable, long lasting and functional.

Returning an item that was purchased online, with postage:
Please contact us at returns@dearblackbirdboutique.com.au with your order number for your return to be approved. Once approved, fill in the return form provided with your order and post back to the below address:

You are welcome to a refund, exchange or store credit providing your item was full price and is returned to us within 10 business days of it’s delivery to you. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
Please note: There is no refund, exchange or store credit available for sale items, intimate apparel, swimwear or earrings.
 
Dear Blackbird Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return should it not be in it’s original condition (as mentioned above). Items that smell heavily of deodorant/perfume, have make up or tan marks on them will not be accepted, so please be careful when trying garments on.

Dear Blackbird Boutique does not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest your return is trackable as we can only process returns on items that have been received.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
If a split payment was made (e.g. $50 Store Credit/Gift Card + $50 Credit Card), the refund will be applied to both original payment methods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
For orders that qualified for Free Shipping (including upgrades to Express Shipping) the total postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credits:
If you choose to return your item/s for a store credit, a unique store credit code will be issued and emailed to you to use on your next purchase. This code is valid for 12 months from the date issued.

Exchanges:
If you choose to exchange your purchase for another item, we will happily hold the new item/s until we receive your return. Please include a return satchel if swapping for the same item. If swapping for another item the difference payable (if applicable) plus postage can be paid over the phone or via PayPal invoice.

Please contact us at returns@dearblackbirdboutique.com.au with your order number for your return to be approved. Once approved, fill in the return form provided with your order and drop back to us at 16B Napier Street, Warragul.
We are open 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday & 9am-2pm Saturday.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Please note: There is no refund, exchange or store credit available for sale items, intimate apparel & swimwear or earrings.


Returning an item that was purchased in-store:
Returns and exchanges to be made within 14 days.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased in store due to having the opportunity to try items on. You're welcome to an exchange or store credit.

Faulty Items
We're so sorry you received a faulty item! Please email us at returns@dearblackbirdboutique.com.au asap with your order details and images of the fault/s for assessment.
