The ultimate Mum fit jean that does not compromise on style. Sitting high above the navel, with a slim leg through the hip and thigh before finishing at the ankle. Crafted from Comfort Stretch denim which offers the appeal of rigid with just enough stretch, creating the most comfortable denim jean.

Frankie Jean Ankle Stretch Extreme is an Ultra-High Rise, Slim Through Hip And Thigh, Slim tapered leg, Ankle Crop Jean. Crafted from Light Authentic Indigo Comfort Stretch Denim with Brushed Gold hardware, Grinding at Hem and Exaggerated Knee Rips. Comfort stretch denim will offer ease of wear with the look of rigid denim, a wardrobe must have.

Always turn inside out & wash separately. Keep water cool. Lay flat to dry & iron warm inside out. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean. Designed to fade over time.

You are welcome to a refund, exchange or store credit providing your item was full price and is returned to us within 10 business days of it’s delivery to you. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

Please note: There is no refund, exchange or store credit available for sale items, intimate apparel, swimwear or earrings.

Dear Blackbird Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return should it not be in it’s original condition (as mentioned above). Items that smell heavily of deodorant/perfume, have make up or tan marks on them will not be accepted, so please be careful when trying garments on.

Dear Blackbird Boutique does not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest your return is trackable as we can only process returns on items that have been received.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

If a split payment was made (e.g. $50 Store Credit/Gift Card + $50 Credit Card), the refund will be applied to both original payment methods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

For orders that qualified for Free Shipping (including upgrades to Express Shipping) the total postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credits:

If you choose to return your item/s for a store credit, a unique store credit code will be issued and emailed to you to use on your next purchase. This code is valid for 12 months from the date issued.

Exchanges:

If you choose to exchange your purchase for another item, we will happily hold the new item/s until we receive your return. Please include a return satchel if swapping for the same item. If swapping for another item the difference payable (if applicable) plus postage can be paid over the phone or via PayPal invoice.

We are open 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday & 9am-2pm Saturday.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Please note: There is no refund, exchange or store credit available for sale items, intimate apparel & swimwear or earrings.

Returning an item that was purchased in-store:

Returns and exchanges to be made within 14 days.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased in store due to having the opportunity to try items on. You're welcome to an exchange or store credit.

Faulty Items
We're so sorry you received a faulty item! Please email us at returns@dearblackbirdboutique.com.au asap with your order details and images of the fault/s for assessment.
